“I would like to thank the Honourable Brad Duguid for his long service to the people of Scarborough, first as a City Councillor and then as a Member of Provincial Parliament and as a cabinet minister. “For the past two years I have had the opportunity to work more closely with Brad as his federal counterpart in Scarborough Centre. I have seen first-hand the depth of his commitment to the people of our community, and just how far he goes every day to serve the people of Scarborough. On issues from transit to economic development, Brad has been a great partner and friend, and I have learned much from the positive energy and drive he brings to his job. “Throughout his 23 years of public service, Brad has been a fierce fighter for and champion of the people of Scarborough.
